Torex Semiconductor introduced XC8110/11 achieves IEC62368-1 certification
Torex Semiconductor is pleased to announce that our XC8110/11 series has now received IEC62368-1 certification from TÜV Rheinland Japan Ltd.

The XC8110/11 are load switch IC with ideal diode functionality that also features chip enable (CE), over current limit, inrush current limit and thermal shutdown. The XC8110 is rated a 500mA and the XC8111 at 1.0A.
