The ideal solution for charging next generation Li-ion batteries which are compatible with Constant Voltage (CV) charging.  The XC6240 has a fixed VOUT of 2.63V ± 1.5% specifically for NGK’s EnerCera products. The LDO Voltage Regulator typically consumes 0.8µA when operating and sinks only 0.24µA in standby (battery sink current). 

The XC6240 is available in ultra-small packages, ideal for high-density mounting in applications such as mobile devices, wearables and smart cards which require a low profile height:

USP-6B06   1.5 x 1.8 x Max 0.33 mm

The series is also available in the larger SSOT-24 (2.1 x 2.0 x Max 1.1 mm) for Industrial applications.
