Torex Semiconductor introduced XC6705/06 20V 200mA Green Operation LDO
By combining Low Power Consumption with High-Speed Operation using our latest GO (Green Operation), the XC6705/06 is the ideal solution for many applications. This new LDO opeartes up to 20V and can support output currents of 200mA making it ideal for use with both battery powered applications or products with a 12V supply.
The XC6705 is available in the SOT-25 & USP-4 packages and the XC6706 is available in a SOT-89-3 package.
