The XDL605/06 are 36V 600mA synchronous step-down Micro DC/DC. The input voltage range is 3.0V to 36V and the output voltage range is 1.8V to 5.0V (accuracy ±1.5%). The switching frequency is 2.2MHz and the operating ambient temperature range is -40°C ~ 105°C. Thermal shutdown, power good, integral soft-start and a built-in UVLO function are also included.

The XDL605/06 is available in a small DFN3625-11B (3.6 x 2.5 x 1.6mm) package which has wettable flanks.
